RDW - New to Modern!!

So my play group plays a lot of modern, but I only started playing magic a little over a year ago and I haven't gotten into that format, but I really want to. I'm on a small budget so I figured that RDW would be a great place to start. Since I'm new to the format though, I'm not familiar with all my options, so any suggestions on this deck would be great! Bear in mind my budget is between $60-$70 (I know, tiny) so Goblin Guide is out of the question unfortunately.
