Replacements (Advice Needed)

I have nearly finished my first attempt at a competitive Sharuum EDH deck (Sharuum the Combo Master), but there are still a couple of cards I would like in the deck. The cards are Karn Liberated and Vedalken Orrery . I think they would work well in the deck, Karn would help late game if things get too crazy and the Orrery + Unwinding Clock are just a insane combo. Also, I was considering Scroll Rack , but don't know if I want to drop the $20 on it. Any advice, whether on the deck itself or which cards to swap out, is greatly appreciated :)
