R/G Aggro Help?

Hey guys I'm pretty new to magic and love R/G. The problem is I can never seem to make a decent deck. Any help would be appreciated. My current deck is on my profile. Thanks in advance!

I have a R/G aggro deck i love running G/R aggro post Gatecrash. It runs pretty well, I finish in the top 4 often with it. I even took first place once.
