RG aggro standard(Theros) need help with sideboard

I need help with a side board but if you guys have any suggestions for the mainboard like swapping any creatures out for others feel free to make sugggestions. First of all i dunno what i'd mostly have problems with so i just put a bunch of removal and burn in my sideboard. i put in Anger of the Gods for mirror matches, Burning Earth for any deck running non basic lands, Lightning Strike to remove small blockers if they're a problem, Traitorous Instinct for guys running big creatures that will be a pest. the problem i'm having with is with the Glaring Spotlight should it even be there? or do i put some enchantment removal or [[pithing needle]. i would appreciate and comments or criticism and i'd appreciate it even more if you gave some justification
