If i was to put my 15 card sideboard into my maindeck (60 cards) how much land would i need to offset the balance?

if you have 22 lands in you main deck and your main deck is 60 cards, you would have about 37% lands. 37% lands in a 75 card deck would be 28..

I run 24 lands in my dimir deck

Then according to the above math, it should be 30 lands.
