Could get other looks at my deck I'm trying to design for an RTR Block Constructed tournament. The deck description explains most of what I'm looking at. Suggestions in other areas is also appreciated.

Main premise, use Nightveil Specter to use opponent's deck against themselves. Deathrite Shaman and Plasm Capture helps me cast their spells. Board removal and mill helps me control the game as well as maintains Deathrite Shamans flexibility by keeping cards in graveyard.

Removed 2x Cyclonic Rift, Added 1 Gaze of Granite and 1 Golgari Guildgate

Cyclonic Rifts are expensive as board clear and wasn't used much in an individual capacity. Gaze of Granite is a more effective and more controlled sweeper and will help vs faster decks.

Currently ran across a dilemma, I want to know whether or not I should keep the 2x Cyclonic Rift or replace them with 2x Simic Charm . I can see the advantages to both, Simic Charm gives me some nice tricks to pull like a giant growth or hexproof to protect creatures in addition to returning creatures to hand for protection or disruption, however lacks the sweep potential of Cyclonic Rift . Was wondering if my 2x Gaze of Granite maindeck should be enough board removal or should I also run the Cyclonic Rift to increase more opportunities in long run games?

You might consider Lord of the Void to go along with Nightveil

I have a hard time running the Lord of the Void due to its higher cost more specifically its 3x B mana cost since my deck is running 3 colors and all roughly equal in the deck. I felt it would offset the balance of the deck. Having to work around the 3x Black is rough in a very multi colored deck.

Hands of Binding actually does sound like a good idea if I carried maybe 4-6 more creatures. This deck actually synergizes well enough with this design I don't want to change it that abruptly yet alone finding 4-6 creatures in RTR Block that I would determine good enough to fight using Hands of Binding. I'm sure there are ways but I feel giving up that many control cards for creature cards would take away from the control aspect of my deck.

I currently updated my deck to remove 2x Cyclonic Rift and add the 2x Simic Charm . The reasons are listed under my deck.
