Rtr-style rdw without boros reckoner

Hi, i recently started magic. This is the deck i brought to my first tournament for a 2-2 finish:

LAND-

19 mountain

CREATURES-

4 rakdos cackler

4 foundry street denizen

4 legion loyalist

4 firefist striker

4 bt emissary

4 ash zealot

4 gore house chainwalker

1 hellrider

SORCERY/INSTANT

4 shock

4 pillar of flame

4 dynacharge

I am trying to keep it rtr block so it doesnt cycle soon, but this is a budget deck so no reckoners.For supposedly a consistent deck, i have noticed a lot of bad draws. Im afraid i might have messed up the manacurve because i have no boros reckoners, any ideas on making it run smoother, or am i just being paranoid?
