R/U burn control

i have decided what i am going to make but i need you help. i will throw out a card and we will decide if it needs to be in there and how many to put in there. just if you don't know what it is, it is a R/U burn control deck. i know this sounds bossy but i do not mean it like that. here is a card. How about this instead as it will be much easier and more people will be willing to help. Go and make a deck utilizing the cards in these colors then we can make suggestions on the deck. Izzet Control is pretty solid and an example you could look towards.
