RUG evolve or Bant evolve

I've been looking at a few options to expand on an evolve deck with and it looks to me like the best combinations are either RUG, with a lot of efficient gruul creatures like Gruul Ragebeast, along with the Izzet Staticaster/Nightshade Peddler combo or Bant with sizeable evolve-guaranteeing creatures like Lyev Skyknight, Centaur Healer and Loxodon Smiter
going bant would make it a lot easier to jump the cut from 2 to 3 mana by turn 2 with the availability of both Arbor Elf and Avacyn's Pilgrim whereas the combination of the Izzet and Gruul guilds allow for a lot more in terms of removal with the inclusion of red burn spells.
which would be better in your opinion?

Cant really afford geist or domri, but i've probably got a couple of alternatives lying about

bant is better, cuz of restoration angel/swagtusk combo and with geist of saint traft

I've tried both RUG and Bant to mix with Evolve.
RUG gave good options like Domri Rade to get creatures, as well as cheap Evolve triggering creatures like Vexing Devil and Slumbering Dragon (which worked well with Bioshift).
Bant gives Geist of Saint Traft... so it wins! Geist of Saint Traft gives you a 4/4 creature coming into play and triggering Evolve every turn.
Bant can also utilize Undying green with Supreme Verdict to wipe the board, but leaving you with creatures.
My decks. - (still works in progress):
RUG Evolving Aggro - Burn Version - worked okay, but needs work.
Bant Evolving Aggro - Smooth Version - not thoroughly tested... probably should add Thragtusk, as it works the same as Undying's purpose in this deck.
