Hey guys am creating a run control deck but I want to use burn at the stake as the win condition. Any ideas?

Control doesn't really get along with creature-based strategies (at least not in a traditional way). You're going to need creatures to make Burn at the Stake have any potential whatsoever, then you need to afford the 2RRR casting cost with countermagic up so you don't get blown out by a Negate or Izzet Charm .
My advice would be to splash for Lingering Souls and maybe Sorin, Lord of Innistrad . Talrand, Sky Summoner would also be effective at generating board presence (especially with Lingering Souls as support).
