Overall this deck isn't too bad. It just can't compete with my friends decks. They both run blue in just about every deck they own so as soon as I get my game changers out they simply push it aside with their blue witchcraft.http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/rw-boros-aggro-need-help/ this is it.

I'm assuming that by blue, your friends are playing control decks. The issue your deck is having with control is that it's much too slow to aggro them out, your curve is much more in the mid-range.

If you want the deck to be more aggro, take out everything 5 CMC and higher. Yes, there are some good cards in there, but your aim is to win before you even get to that much mana. You want to be running around ~30 creatures and ~8 spells, and those spells should almost always double as burn, ie Searing Spear and Boros Charm. You play lots of quick creatures and get in as much damage as you can, and then even if they wipe the board you have enough haste and burn spells to finish them off.

If you want the deck to stay more like it is, trim some of the cards and include more ways to attack control. Madcap Skills, Act of Treason, Mugging, Smite are all not that great against a low creature count control deck. What you really want is alternate or repeatable methods of generating threats, planewalkers are good as are cards like Assemble the Legion. As they can continually cause problems for control and are harder for them to interact with, depending on what colors they run.

Slycne I see what you mean. I always feel sketched out that I won't have anything in a later fight. If I just take away the option of a later fight I could seal the deal with massive attacks of lower cost cards.
