R/W human aggressive deck. Help

I'm new to magic and I have come up with this deck. Its mostly built around thatcher revolt and using cloudshift to either steal their creature with zealous conscripts, use it on fervent cathar to get through their defenses or to increase the damage bonus of Goldnight commander and kurin striker.

Any help would be nice.

I know I need to get some champion of the parish and Cathars' Crusade to really increase the damage output.
