Just so i or an opponent don't make a mistake at pre-release with The Mending of Dominaria, the third counter shuffles your graveyard into the library whilst the saga also sacrifices itself, but in which order? Can you choose for this to hit the grave then the ability resolves in which case the saga get's shuffled back in?

the saga is sacrificed after the triggered ability leaves the stack. this will usually happen after the ability has resolved, but also after being countered. so in this case, the graveyard will be shuffled into the library before the saga is sacrificed.
