Deck Help forum

Hey ya'll! This is my first MTG deck since Odyssey came out. I looked over a whole mess of decks and all the stuff that's out now, and was interested in the Mindcrank/Ascension play with mono-black. Please let me know what you think, and if anyone is able to test it before my cards come in later this week :D! Keep in mind I was trying to keep the deck cost around 40-50 bucks, so that explains the phyrexian obliterators and the kalastrian highborn being missing :P!

Funny enough, I really like the synergetic route sangromancers and ascension takes when all stacked up and countered for ;D.
