Scorched Earth Deck (Help!)

I'm trying to build a deck around Obsidian Fireheart and Fog effects to watch my opponents wither away while their lands burn. If anyone could check it out and give some less-than-expensive pointers or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I just pulled a Burning Earth and really like the idea of building a cheap modern deck around it. Mana Barbs would also be a good one if you don't mind the damage. Maybe some Curse of Bloodletting , Personal Sanctuary , Norn's Annex or Ghostly Prison , and Grand Abolisher s would do the trick as well. I was thinking maybe build a deck that uses alternatives to tapping land like elderazi spawn pumpers ect to avoid burning yourself with Mana Barbs. I really like Obsidian Fireheart .
