Sensei's divining top or preordain?

I don't know which to use. With card:Sensei's Divining Top, I can reuse the effect, but with Preordain , I can put counters on Pyromancer's Ascension.

If you're running Pyromancer Ascension , it's not really a question. Certainly don't split it 2/2.
