Should I use Springleaf Drum in this deck?

I'm noticing that this deck isn't fast enough at times to be even considered a threat, so I was wondering if Springleaf Drum is a good choice for making things speed up. The cards that I am thinking of tossing are Scythe Tiger and/or Concordant Crossroads , but I'm not too sure.
