Needs some major sideboard help. So many options. Please help

Theres a fair amount of variety. Mono black, mono blue, mono white, america control, aggro, selesnya. I'm not really sure whats a pain for this deck yet, It's a new build.

Sounds like you just need to playtest and see what sticks

what kind of issues are you having in your local meta? focus on the decks that have the most hangups and build around that.
