Sideboard Help

Hey all.

I'm running a G/W humans deck right now as my standard ship of choice. I've been pretty happy with how it has turned out. I'm pretty new to magic (8 months or so) so going 3-2 or 4-1 at FNM makes me pretty happy. The biggest trouble is that the deck archetype I'm working with is pretty straight forward. It's hard to refine it very much more than I have already because there's a fairly limited card pool to pull from (unlike, say, U/B Control). As a result, my most recent thoughts have drifted to my sideboard. It is, in my opinion, still the weakest part of this deck (by a long shot) and I realize that it can make all the difference in losing a match 2-1 and winning by the same margin. I've had an especially difficult time against U/B control decks and I'd appreciate suggestions and pointers in regards to my sideboard. Mainboard suggestions are also welcome, though it's much more solid.
