Sideboard Help

I just built this deck based off of Agent of Fates deck-large: accepting-your-fate as a budget deck, under twenty dollars, as sort of a challenge to myself. I love combo decks, and making it budget makes it even more fun. I've made this deck for under twenty dollars, in fact it comes out to a total of $11.24 the way i've ordered it on TCGPlayer.com. I want to keep it that way, under twenty dollars, and need to develop a sideboard. Any suggestions are welcome, i'm mainly looking for help developing the sideboard however.

coughs Hello. I never got any real feedback, and i'm still looking for some. I've developed a sideboard now, but i need help with the land base. I feel like 24 is too high, so if i drop it to let's say 22 what card could i put in that empty slot?
