Sideboard help on MB Discard

I'm terrible with sideboards. I love my discard deck and want it to be my go-to deck, but need help with specific decks that give me trouble.

My meta consists of aggro vampires, blue control, white life gain, and blue/white tokens... I'm looking for sideboard suggestions on this deck: deck:discard-08-02-13-1

mainly need help taking down the red/black aggro vampires.

Of course, any other suggestions and +1's are appreciated. Thanks!
