I've been playing B/U/G midrange built around MTM and I faced an up and coming exalted (sublime archangel, nefarox build) What do you side board against something like this?

Doom Blade , Go for the Throat and Murder are all great ways to control and stop an Exalted deck. If you kill their attacker each turn, they'll not deal damage.
Another thought is to chump block them (best one would be Lingering Souls ) with 1/1 tokens or even better, Deathtouching creatures with Reach. Put the black ring on them and you can regenerate them all day long.

Spot removal is pretty powerful against exalted, unless they pull up a Grand Abolisher , but it seems like most builds don't run that anyway. It's also going to be rotating, so there's that too. Other than that stuff like Vapor Snag is good; however, I believe you have to tap stuff down before they declare attackers, so unless they only have 2-3 creatures on board, that won't necessarily work. Chump blocking and spot removal are the best, in my opinion. It's what I find the most frustrating anyway. Oh yeah, and as Azure said, board wipes work great.

Vapor Snag - bounce their only attacking creature and be like LOL
Downpour - Tap their threats and other stuff
Fog - prevent that creatures damage
Mind linking the deck please?
