Sideboarding: a Tale of Conflict, Despair, and Consistent Inconsistency

Hopefully I caught your attention with that title.
My current standard deck Return to Selesnya is probably my most expensive deck ever, and while it's very powerful and has the potential to sweep tournaments, my results with it have been fairly disappointing. My best run so far was last week, the first FNM that I had a playset of Voice of Resurgence . I went 3-1 and secured third place. In the past I have done as poorly as 1-3, winning only my last match.
I think my biggest point of failure has been in sideboarding, something that I don't have nearly as much experience in as I do with just playing the game. My current sideboard focuses heavily against control, and I always end up sideboarding only a few cards into the deck since I don't have anything else to remove.
I need your help fine-tuning my SB. I've been considering adding Angel of Serenity , but I don't know what she would be useful for or useful against. Any help is appreciated!
My meta has casual and competitive decks; I usually see Jund, Esper, American, Grixis, Tokens, Rakdos aggro, Naya blitz, Junk rites, and assorted others.
