Sideboarding for the Modern meta.

I recently began working on my sideboard to help combat the many Modern decks that make up the meta. With this I hope to cover most, if not all of the cards in my respective colors. I made a brief description on my deck as an update, and I believe my Sideboard is now tournament ready. I'd like anyone who is familiar with popular Modern decks to take a look at my deck, and sideboard and tell me what you think and give me a +1 if you like it.

Sideboards are much harder to design without first knowing your meta. You'll need to give us a relatively detailed explanation of what you're facing.
