Simic Not Working!!!

If anyone has any experience with Simic decks would you mind taking a look at mine and letting me know what i could do to make it better. I always find my self on the defensive and my deck is very easy to disrupt if you take out my one drops. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Simic hath no limit
