Slay Them Fiends is meant to focus around Fiendslayer Paladin and work its way into Archangel of Thune . I'm really liking where this deck is going but I really want some advice on how to take this deck to that "next level."

Awesome suggestions.
I was keeping Unflinching Courage in originally because I felt that the Rancor would be getting all of the hate, leaving the Unflinching Courage to be unexpected and safe, but I do get where you're coming from, and it's definitely better to play it safer with Loxodon Smiter .
Originally Dryad Militant was there to gravehate on the Snapcaster decks that I've been seeing. I'm beginning to wonder if Scavenging Ooze might be enough in that case, though. Ooze has a lot more versatility and is usable late game. Perhaps I'll take her out completely and put 3 Experiment One in the sideboard instead.

I would consider swapping around your Unflinching Courage for Loxodon Smiter and Dryad Militant for Avacyn's Pilgrim .
Unflinching Courage is great to bring in against primarily red based decks where you know it's virtually impossible for them to 2 for 1 you, but you're accepting a lot of risk, with potentially little gain, to be mainboarding it without ways to protect the creature. Loxodon Smiter is solid regardless of whatever deck you're playing against.
Dryad Militant can be really poor if there are a lot of aristocrat decks in your area, it stacks up miserably against Doomed Traveler and Young Wolf . Also one of the stronger plays for GW decks is to lands one of their really powerful 3 drops on Turn 2. T1 Avacyn's Pilgrim T2 Loxodon Smiter T3 Silverblade Paladin and Rancor is basically good game for any deck that doesn't interact with it well. Alternatively you could run Experiment One instead.
