Sluggish early game for time spiral deck. Thought?

This is my time spiral deck, Freeze Frame. It's tons of fun, tricky to play and great in multiplayer, but very slow early game. I'd like to try to keep it in the time spiral block but if something is a perfect fit that I haven't thought of I'd love to hear about it!
