I've got 3 Snapcaster MageMTG Card: Snapcaster Mages on the side and I was wondering : can they be of any good in a RDW deck ?

I was thinking of playing 4 red/blue lands to play them.

My RDW deck : deck:red-deck-wins-204

Blue red burn is a seperate deck really. What you are looking at is something like a burn deck with delvers, grim lavamancers, chandraa's phoenixes, and an unstable mana base. For a legacy version, check out the deck that won the SCG Legacy tournament last weekend.

Why use Grim LavamancerMTG Card: Grim Lavamancer when you could just use Goblin FireslingerMTG Card: Goblin Fireslingers

2 damage is greater than 1. But it is true that lavamancer isn't nearly as good without fetchlands.

Also, Lavamancer can hit itself. See Wurmcoil EngineMTG Card: Wurmcoil Engine for why that's a good thing.

What do you mean ?

Declare Lavamancer as Wurmcoil's blocker and auto-kill itself ?
