Snowy Gruul deck

I've decided that I want to work on a casual, noncompetitive deck that uses Snow lands and creatures generally associated with northern/arctic regions, but I'm not really sure where to start. Should I go for some Coldsnap specific creatures, or pick some cards that are much more recent.
The only cards I know for a fact I'll be using are Huntmaster of the Fells Flip, Snow-Covered Forest, and Snow-Covered Mountain
I just ordered the Aurochs Stampede theme deck, so that suggestion works nicely.
...I'm suddenly tempted to name an Auroch tribal deck the "Besaid Aurochs".

Re-using this topic because it's been less than a week since the last post.
I just got the Theme deck an hour ago, but I'm not really sure what to take out just yet. Even though it's a creature-beatdown deck, I'm not seeing an immediate replace-this-now card other than Boreal Druid

Any of the Aurochs (Bull Aurochs, Aurochs Herd) would fit your theme, and synergize well.
