Soft mill dimir deck needs help.

Hello! I saw the opertunity with Dimir to make mill as a boon a deck. The main idea behind this is to eat away at them with the unblockables while controling with both black control and blue control elements finishing with either a huge Consuming Aberration or Wight of Precinct Six . However, I have run into some issues with making this deck, and lack experience to streamline and realize this idea fully, (I have been playing only since the summer) and was wondering if you could help me make this deck a reality.
