Sorok Help

I had a modern Boros deck and a standard Izzet deck. The Boros deck kind of sucked and Izzet did it's job half the time. I thought it'd be cool to combine them and make a Sorok deck, but I've never done Sorok before so I need help and deck cycling hasn't gotten too many responses
