I don't really have the budget for anymore sphinx's rev at the moment, so i'm wondering should i drop my one sphinx's revelation or should i keep it in mainboard?
You can also use Garruk, Primal Hunter for draw in Bant.

Well, it depends on what you're playing.
If you're playing Esper, 4 is a must. It is what makes the deck tick.
If you're playing UWR, you want at least 3. It is less powerful than it is in Esper, but it is still very good.
If you're playing Bant, you can get away with 1 as long as you are running 3 Prime Speaker Zegana , but you probably want 2-3.

No, run as many as you have access to. You can probably get away with 1 as long as you have 3-4 Think Twice , 2-3 Izzet Charm , and maybe even 1-2 Thoughtflare .

That's not too bad. Consider Thought Scour .
I run PS Bant. I am running 3 Speakers and 3 Garruks. Should I be running the Sphinx, also? Or in place of what? BANThem Call

I would add the 4th Azorius Charm (all-around amazing card), and add 1-2 Izzet Charm or Thoughtflare .

Overall depends on the deck. If you're in Esper control, you probably need to get more copies, not dump them. Sphinx's is the main way to stabilize in most Esper builds.
If you're in some sort of Bant midrange build, one copy could easily be enough to give you an extra boost in the endgame. Coupled with Prime Speaker Zegana you'll have all the draw you need.
