Splash green for Rancor?

Im thinking of playing mono White humans (silverblade paladin, champion of the parish etc) but should i splash green purely for Rancor, and maybe populate?

Populate, no. Rancor , yes. Or look into GW human aggro, or even Bant humans. Both love humans and Rancor

Mayor of Avabruck  ^Flip and Selesnya Charm are other nice bonuses for going into white.

I have a G/W deck that's rapidly in danger of becoming mono-white plus Rancor . Also since you are playing humans, I'm going to assume you'll be using double strike (Silverblade Paladin Fencing Ace ). Have you considered Silver-Inlaid Dagger ?
