Splashing Black in a UG Self-Mill

The black is mainly for Glissa, the Traitor because her ability helps a lot with Bonehoard and, after sideboarding, with Witchbane Orb . However, I have two problems.

1). The deck now has 62 cards. I'm having a hard time getting it down to 60.

2). Introducing the black into the really small mana base (which works because of Mulch) makes it harder to play.

Can anyone help me solve these two problems?
