Splashing burn in a B/W? Thoughts?

So the basic outline of this deck is ramp to Griselbrand using Crypt Ghast , Early/Mid game consists of removal with Obzedat, Ghost Council to stall. Besides Tragic Slip , I'm not a huge fan of the removal that's out. So I was thinking of splashing red for burn, but i'm not 100% convinced, if anyone has any other suggestions please tell me!
