Splashing white to shore up Black

Deck Help forum

I have a mono-black deck that was using the ever popular devotion and big finishers. However it is a budget version (no rat, spector or thoughtseize) and I really wasn't trying to copy the pro decks. I enjoying using netdecks more as inspiration than gospel.

Which brings me to asking for help on The MonoBlack Splash Test Chronicles:White(Update) deck. Takes a mono-black shell and splashes white for things like Gods Willing , Revoke Existence , High Priest of Penance and Silence . The black cards aren't too different from what you'd expect, with the exception of Marshmist Titan , which has proven to be surprisingly useful. That last sentence doesn't make much sense to me conceptually, but historically it has helped close out many a game.

Any feedback would be great. Particularly trying to decide on Titan, Silence, and the possibility of adding in Gift of Immortality for some game ending shenanigans. Bringing in Gift may be the case of winmore syndrome, so outside perspective would be welcome!
