Well if you can find the space to fit Cloudshift in you can pull of the Fiend Hunter interaction. If you Cloudshift Fiend Hunter while its ETB effect is on the stack the result is you permanently exile one creature and then resolve Fiend Hunter as normal to exile another.
Gatecreeper Vine would be my suggestion to remove for that as it doesn't ramp or accelerate you and is generally a pretty poor creature unless you have defender interactions.
