Standard Elf Deck Needs Suggestions!

My friends told me an elf deck would be terrible in standard so I am off to prove them wrong. My take on the deck Is very creature heavy, Unlike dorminjake's creation. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments.

Here is the deck: Why on Earth would you play that?

They're fun, so very fun, but easily out-done is all.

Delver hits your mana dorks early, and big guys late, with snag to ensure their safety. WWR and G/R aggro bonfire/whipflare you into oblivion. DoJ out of W/U and Esper midrange wipe your slate and ruin you. Grixis control just sweeps you with so much burn it's just not even funny.

Trust me, I have an elf deck, deck:march-of-the-craterhoof-elves and it's great fun when you're able to go off. There's just so much that ruins your deck, it's bad. You need mana dorks, and you need the big hitters brought out through mana ramp and too many decks can startle that. Not to mention my deck needs updating and changes from the list I have there but a few different creatures don't change much.
