Standard Elves deck; what's a good win condition?

I'm working on an Elf deck for Standard at the moment, and I'm having a tough time coming up with a win condition that isn't Craterhoof Behemoth . It's been done too many times. Currently, I ramp into a one-of Primal Surge and flip the whole deck over, sit with 3 Worldspine Wurm and card:Akroma's Memorial on the field, and swing in. Also, I run a Sands of Delirium to have mill as a second option. Are there any other practical win conditions for a Mono-green Elf deck in Standard?
Actually, Biomass Mutation could be a good win condition. Because it is instant speed, you can attack with 4-5 1/1 Elves, and after your opponent decides not to block, suddenly they are each 5/5's swinging for 20-25 damage.

Most of what I've seen over the year or so I've been playing Magic has been that green is good for ramp/creature focused decks. I'm not sure an elf based mill deck will work, it doesn't fit the color archetypes. If you want something different than mono-green elf ramp try splashing a second color. Golgari (B/G) has Deathrite Shaman and Garruk Relentless Flip . Or go Simic (U/G) with cards like Zameck Guildmage , Master Biomancer , and Biomass Mutation .

Biomass Mutation sounds great. I actually picked up 2 of them last week, so I'm already on my way toward that being viable. I don't know how effective it'll be in Standard, but I should have some fun with it after I pick up the rest of the cards I need. Thanks for the suggestions, I really appreciate it.

Biomass Mutation could be fun, you don't get trample but its not Craterhoof lol. Garruk, Primal Hunter is another one that could do it for you, just pump out s ton of 6/6 beasts after you Primal Surge other than that I can't think of a whole lot that I can't think of anything, I mean an aggro deck is supposed to swing big for the win, whether its from the craterhoof or something else your win con is basically going to be the same.
