So basically I just wanna know if anyone has any suggestions. Not 'stop playing Nivix Cyclops', real suggestions. ((Sorry, I get that a lot in my FNM. "Why are you playing that? What a bad card!" Maybe I just like Izzet.))
Also, I know the manabase could be better, but I'm loath to invest in Sulfur Falls right before it rotates out. I have successfully gotten the turn four kill with it, I just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions. I'm always looking to improve. :) Also, I'm building on a semi budget. I'm getting the Ral off a friend at a decent deal, so that's why he's there. Other than that, most of these cards I already have, I just need one more Steam Vents, the Past in Flames , and some Unsummon (because somehow I only have two). ...I also kinda want the promo Izzet Charms if I see them at my LGS. Because they look AWESOME.
Also, weird question, but does anyone think Melek, Izzet Paragon would fit in here? I'm extremely fond of his full art. However, if not, I'll just put him in my Grixis EDH. :D

You know, it's not like Cyclops isn't the whole point of my deck or anything. >.> Combo deck and all. I would have no/few wincons without him.

Btw, I taught that Cartel Aristocrat deck a thing or two about winning just in testing, back when I was testing it as an America build.

Well, what would you suggest? That I go drop three hundred dollars on a deck I might not even like? Take out a bank loan to build America flash? Spend my whole paycheck on Voice of Resurgences? This is a deck that may not win every time, but does win sometimes, and is something I like. I have a competitive green white that I got bored with because A/ it plays the same every time, and B/ it no longer stands up in the mirror because I'm not dropping $200 on Voices. I want suggestions to make it more streamlined while still fun. Not suggestions to make poor financial choices or to build a deck i'm not going to have fun with. I'm not a spike. I just wanted CONSTRUCTIVE feedback.

I suggest you proxy lists that do well, and see which you like. Then yes, buy and trade up to them.
Want to do well in standard? There you go.
Don't want to do well in standard? Don't bother asking for advice.

Why is it all about doing well in Standard to spikes? EDH folks ask for feedback on decks and most don't play competitively. I will take this to FNM, just because I'm bored of my WG that I've been playing since Phrexia rotated.

If you want to make your deck better, stop writing off people trying to help as not giving you a "real" suggestion. Nivix Cyclops, Flux Charger, etc. are bad cards. If you want to make your deck better, cut them. If you don't want to take these suggestions, fine, but know you're building a suboptimal deck for no real reason. "HURRR I LEIK IZZET" Tell people that as you lose.
