Standard Jund help please!

First things first, I'm not trying to shamelessly plug my deck and I don't care about +1s, what I'm really after is advice. I spent a lot of money acquiring a few cards in this deck, and had to trade away cards I really didn't want to. I became an upgraded member, so I can deckcycle 3 times, and I still really don't get much advice. Basically, my main concern is that I think it's too slow. I think I need to be able to control the board more, before I'm able to drop huntmaster or olivia. Also does anybody think replacing Deathrite Shaman with Arbor Elf is a good idea?
