I made a deck just for fun, Masters of the Tides, basically a redone version of my old mono blue illusion, now it is a mono blue merfolk/drake, however before I get the cards, is it viable? Its not very high cost money wise, but that isnt bad xD also should I run 1 Stormtide Leviathan or 2 as a late game, game ender?
