Are there any cards in r/b standard that can kill/exile/deal with plainswalkers once they're on the field?

Fated Conflagration

Any burn that can target player can be used as planeswalker removal.

Oops, I actually meant r/u, my bad! And are you sure player target spells can target plainswalkers? I thought the card had to specify plainswalker?

In R/U, there are bounce spells like Disperse and Cyclonic Rift , or any burn spell.

306.7. If noncombat damage would be dealt to a player by a source controlled by an opponent, that opponent may have that source deal that damage to a planeswalker the first player controls instead. This is a redirection effect (see rule 614.9) and is subject to the normal rules for ordering replacement effects (see rule 616). The opponent chooses whether to redirect the damage as the redirection effect is applied.

In Layman's terms, you can redirect any noncombat damage dealt to an opponent to a planeswalker that player controls.

Nope you can redirect, so any burn spell that says target player can be redirected.

If for some reason you couldn't target the player, i.e. he has hexproof, then you also couldn't target the planeswalker.
