Standard RDW HELP!

Ok, so I have constructed a pretty simple RDW deck, shown here; Forsaken RDW

The issue that I am getting is local players tell me what would be better, but not WHY! For example, I was told by someone (A rather experienced tourney player friend I trust) to run 4 pillar of flame mainboard, but another local player (who I also see as good) tells me to run STRICTLY Mainboard. Same thing with Manabarbs being in sideboard or not. I dont know when I would pull it out!

So here is what I am asking, for those of you experienced players out there, I desperately need help with my RDW, and I would PREFER explanations along with your suggestions. Like if I am running too many Hellrider tell me why, is it too high cost? I have about a week or 2 before my next tourney, so any help is AWESOME!
