Standard Spellheart Chimera deck R/F

This is my attempt at a Spellheart Chimera deck. It could probably do with a few more Blues, and Armed//Dangerous and Nivix Cyclops aren't too important here, so I'd be fine about taking them out for something more suited.Let me know what you think!

24 Land:7 Island13 Mountain4 Izzet Guildgate

19 Instant:4 Dissolve 4 Essence Scatter 4 Turn//Burn 4 Lightning Strike 3 Steam Augury

7 Sorcery:2 Divination 3 Mizzium Mortars 2 Armed//Dangerous

10 Creature:2 Nivix Cyclops 4 Young Pyromancer 4 Spellheart Chimera

Sideboard4 Negate4 Essence Backlash3 Downsize

[Not sure, kind of need help here]

I put Negate in the sideboard because spells are unusually rare in my local meta. EB is in case they have big creatures; its high CMC wouldn't be worth it against a white weenie deck. Downsize if they have a big flyer which could kill Spellheart.
