Standard this week, I want to use this Esper control/flicker deck

I'm looking for serious advice on this Esper deck because i'm going to be playing it in standard this week. So any advice you can give on that would be appreciated.

Also, what might be some good recommendations for replacing Venser, the Sojourner , Doom Blade , Go for the Throat , Solemn Simulacrum , and Mana Leak once rotation hits?
