Standard White Weenie Help

I'm looking for a little bit of help with my Return of the Weenie deck before I decide to purchase or trade for what I don't have so far.
The specific things I am looking for help with are:
Does Precinct Captain or Elite Inquisitor belong in there (i think one or the other might - not both)? if so, what will it replace?
The 4-drop spot. Right now I have Angel of Jubilation there. I'm trying to decide between that, Riders of Gavony and Odric, Master Tactician . I do own 3x Restoration Angel as well, but I wasn't sure that she was a good fit for this particular deck.
The 5-drop spot. Ideally, Archangel of Thune would go there, but realistically that's not going to happen. I'm not going to drop $30 per card on her, so unless her price really plummets or I happen to open her from a booster, she's out. That being said, possible replacements I thought of were Geist-Honored Monk and Angelic Overseer . Which one of these do you think would be better? Or is there a different option that I should consider instead?
Sideboard. Overall help would be appreciated, but at the very least something to replace Fiendslayer Paladin , as I probably won't be able to get my hands on him, either.
Other than that, overall input is always nice. I know it's not going to be a top-tier deck, but I would like it to be a cheap, fun deck that could grab a couple of wins at an FNM.
