My attempt at making a viable Havengul Lich deck.

Basically lich will allow you to take less creatures to make milling boost card:Runechanter's Pike effectively.

Vampire Nighthawk & Augur of Bolas & Snapcaster Mage for reanimation targets.

+Black removal and counters.

Also, Splashed green for abrupt decay since it is great VS O-Ring on the lich or Pike.

Haven't playtested this yet so I have no idea if the mana is right.

Please critique.(+/- Welcome)

Questions:- Should I just stick to UB to make it more consistent?- How much mana should I use? I'm at 23.
