Suggestions on beefing up my black infect deck.

I am in much need of advice before I go ahead and purchase all the cards to make up the deck. I'd like to know if any of you guys have suggestions for cards that I should swap out with, or more importantly cards that are completely irrelevant. I got into magic last month, and it's been a blast thus far. Before taking my game up to the next level I want to see what you guys have to say about it. Also, I am utterly clueless when it comes to the sideboard. I have only played one tournament, mostly house duels, and so this is actually the first sideboard I've constructed. Anyway, any suggestions are quite welcome. Thanks!
