please help me out with suggestions on my Grinding deck! what should I add put in etc.
Well, you don't know what modern is, as it doesn't have Counterspell , Dark Ritual & Demonic Tutor . Get crackin' :)
You don't have any protection vs creature rush. I'd suggest Fog Bank .
Switch Unsummon for Vapor Snag , replace counterspells with Rune Snag , drop Traumatize to 2-of, grab some Glimpse the Unthinkable and start playing around with recurring-sorceries... using Spellweaver Helix , Panoptic Mirror , or perhaps even Spellweaver Volute targeting a Thought Scour , Dream Twist , and your cheap bounce (maybe add Into the Roil ?)(since most of your spells are, in fact, sorceries).
You can also switch to the "free mill" with Font of Mythos and the like, make sure you add a playset of card:Jace's Erasure. If you do go that route, I'd suggest making the starting library bigger (i.e. more than 60 cards), and invest in some of those juicy Dimir tutors.
You can also look at Broken Ambitions and Archive Trap s for the sideboard.

The Demonic Tutor is not legal in modern format, and without a focus on combos I tend to agree with Epochalyptik that you could use the space more effectively elsewhere. Specifically with Mill type decks I find it best to make them as focused as possible on one style of milling, If you intend to do creature milling then Hedron Crab and Undead Alchemist are very nice, and they free up your mana to focus on control and removal. If you want to focus more on the draw mill like your Font of Mythos then you may also want some Howling Mine or Otherworld Atlas and to make it more effective I would add Jace's Erasure. I will also say that while Traumatize sounds like a great card in my experience by the time I have ever been able to get it into play it only grabs about 10 -12 cards. So unless your opponent has a Battle of Wits deck you would be better suited with a Glimpse the Unthinkable
If you would like feel free to look at my mill decks. 451 is very fast thanks to some effective combos, but it is playing to the Legacy format, while I am still prototyping Brad Bury for a modern format. Hope I helped and +1 just because I love mill decks.
